These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dardasha mobile applications, website, services, features, content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the app, accessing the website, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dardasha. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms. We may suspend or remove accounts if we believe a user is underage.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account using supported sign-in methods, such as Apple, Google, phone, email, or other authentication providers. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Profiles and Content
Dardasha may allow you to create a profile, upload photos, add interests, send messages, participate in chats, send invitations, match with users, and use video or communication features. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Dardasha a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, and use your content as necessary to operate, improve, protect, and promote the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, bully, or harm other users.
- Upload or send illegal, hateful, violent, exploitative, sexually explicit, or abusive content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Share private information of others without permission.
- Use the Service for scams, spam, fraud, phishing, or commercial solicitation.
- Attempt to bypass moderation, bans, security controls, or technical limits.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content that disrupts the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or unauthorized data collection tools.
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Safety, Reporting, and Moderation
Dardasha may provide reporting, blocking, filtering, review, and moderation tools. We may review content and user activity to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, and improve safety. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report serious violations to appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.
7. User Interactions
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Dardasha does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or suitability of any user. Use caution when communicating, sharing information, or meeting anyone outside the Service. Never share financial information, passwords, private codes, or sensitive personal information with other users.
8. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments
Dardasha may offer paid features, subscriptions, premium access, or other in-app purchases. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable store and are subject to that store's payment terms. Subscription pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility are shown before purchase and may vary by country or platform.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period according to the rules of the applicable store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Dardasha does not directly control store-managed billing or refunds.
9. Advertising
The Service may display ads, including ads provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings, consent choices, location, platform rules, and applicable law.
10. Push Notifications
We may send push notifications for messages, matches, invitations, calls, reminders, safety updates, service updates, or promotional information where permitted. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
11. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dardasha grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
12. EULA Terms for Apple App Store Users
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:
- These Terms are between you and Dardasha, not Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to Apple's policies.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Google Play Terms
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your use of the app may also be subject to Google Play's terms, policies, billing rules, and refund processes.
14. Intellectual Property
Dardasha, including its name, logo, design, software, features, graphics, text, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by Dardasha or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
15. Feedback
If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feedback, you grant Dardasha the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, harmed other users, misused the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support.
17. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, safety enforcement, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backup retention, or legitimate business purposes.
18. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services such as authentication providers, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks, payment platforms, app stores, and communication infrastructure. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available in all locations or on all devices. We do not guarantee that users will find matches, conversations, relationships, or any specific result.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dardasha and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or reputation arising from your use of the Service.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dardasha and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
22. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, subscriptions, content, or availability.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

- رفع أو إرسال محتوى غير قانوني أو يحض على الكراهية أو العنف أو الاستغلال أو يكون صريحاً جنسياً أو مسيئاً.
- انتحال شخصية شخص آخر أو تحريف هويتك.
- مشاركة معلومات خاصة عن الآخرين دون إذن.
- استخدام الخدمة في الاحتيال أو الرسائل المزعجة أو التصيد أو الاستدراج التجاري غير المصرح به.
- محاولة تجاوز المراجعة أو الحظر أو ضوابط الأمان أو الحدود التقنية.

6. السلامة والإبلاغ والمراجعة
قد توفر دردشة أدوات للإبلاغ والحظر والتصفية والمراجعة والإشراف. يجوز لنا مراجعة المحتوى ونشاط المستخدمين لإنفاذ هذه الشروط وحماية المستخدمين والامتثال للقانون وتحسين السلامة. قد نزيل المحتوى أو نقيد الميزات أو نعلق الحسابات أو ننهيها أو نبلغ عن المخالفات الخطيرة إلى الجهات المختصة عندما يكون ذلك مطلوباً قانوناً أو مناسباً.
7. تفاعلات المستخدمين

قد تقدم دردشة ميزات مدفوعة أو اشتراكات أو وصولاً مميزاً أو مشتريات أخرى داخل التطبيق. تتم المشتريات عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play من خلال المتجر المعني وتخضع لشروط الدفع الخاصة به. تظهر أسعار الاشتراكات وفترات الفوترة والتجارب المجانية والتجديدات وقواعد الإلغاء وأهلية الاسترداد قبل الشراء وقد تختلف حسب الدولة أو المنصة.
تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية وفقاً لقواعد المتجر المعني. يمكنك إدارة الاشتراكات أو إلغاؤها من خلال إعدادات حسابك في Apple App Store أو Google Play. لا تتحكم دردشة مباشرة في الفوترة أو المبالغ المستردة التي تديرها المتاجر.
9. الإعلانات

10. الإشعارات الفورية

مع مراعاة امتثالك لهذه الشروط، تمنحك دردشة ترخيصاً محدوداً وشخصياً وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل أو الترخيص من الباطن وقابلاً للإلغاء لتنزيل التطبيق وتثبيته واستخدامه على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، فقط للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري.
12. شروط اتفاقية الترخيص لمستخدمي Apple App Store
إذا قمت بتنزيل التطبيق من Apple App Store، تنطبق الشروط التالية أيضاً:
- هذه الشروط بينك وبين دردشة، وليست مع Apple.
- Apple غير مسؤولة عن الخدمة أو محتواها.
- لا تلتزم Apple بتقديم الصيانة أو الدعم للخدمة.
- إذا لم يتوافق التطبيق مع أي ضمان معمول به، يمكنك إخطار Apple، وقد ترد Apple سعر الشراء، إن وجد، وفقاً لسياساتها.
- إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Apple أي التزام ضمان آخر بخصوص التطبيق.

15. الملاحظات والاقتراحات
إذا أرسلت اقتراحات أو أفكاراً أو تقارير أخطاء أو ملاحظات، فإنك تمنح دردشة الحق في استخدامها دون قيود أو مقابل.
16. تعليق الحساب وإنهاؤه
يجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه أو تقييد وصولك إلى الخدمة في أي وقت إذا اعتقدنا أنك انتهكت هذه الشروط أو سببت خطراً أو تعرضاً قانونياً أو ألحقت الضرر بمستخدمين آخرين أو أسأت استخدام الخدمة أو إذا أوقفنا الخدمة. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت وطلب حذف الحساب من خلال التطبيق أو عبر التواصل مع الدعم.
17. حذف الحساب
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك. قد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض المعلومات عندما يكون ذلك مطلوباً أو مسموحاً به قانوناً، بما في ذلك لأغراض منع الاحتيال وإنفاذ السلامة وحل النزاعات والامتثال القانوني والاحتفاظ بالنسخ الاحتياطية أو الأغراض التجارية المشروعة.
